Wedding Photography Refunds, Cancelations and Change of Booking Terms and Conditions
All booking require a fifty percent deposit. This deposit is to secure your date. Deposits are non refundable.
If for any reason you cannot make your booking, we will try our best to reschedule but cannot guarantee you will receive a specific date after this time.
Wedding photography cancelations:
We will refund the balance of your account up to a minimum of six months prior to your wedding date. If prior to six months, we will refund your balance if another booking is able to be secured for the same cancelled date.
Due to the custom nature of photographic products, no refunds will be issued. We do however guarantee that you will receive the prints and products that you have ordered in good quality and order.
For any reason your products are damaged before you receive them or you receive a wrong print or product, your order or image will be replaced free of charge.
Wedding and Lifestyle Photography Bookings – Failure to pay deposits and Final booking payments:
Initial deposits due to secure your booking will be outlined in the invoice provide to you upon securing your booking. The deposit is to secure your date and time booked with us.
Final balances of all bookings are due one (1) month prior to your booked wedding or lifestyle photoshoot date, this will be outlined in the Invoice we (Brisbane Wedding and Lifestyle Photography) provide you upon accepting a booking with us. If for any reason your deposit or final balance is not paid by the due date stipulated in your Invoice, we (Brisbane Wedding and Lifestyle Photography) will consider your no longer require your booking and your booking with us will be cancelled. Prior this occurring, we will make contact with your to remind you of your obligations to pay your deposit or final balance withing the due date outlined in your Invoice. We are under no obligation to refund initial deposits if your account (Invoice) is not finalised by the stipulated date outlined in the Invoice we (Brisbane Wedding and Lifestyle Photography) have sent to you.

Lifestyle photography cancelations will be refunded up to a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your photoshoot date. If prior to two weeks, we will refund your money on cancelations if another booking is able to be secured for the same cancelled date.
