I have photographed Christie-Lee and her growing family over a number of years now, so it was an honor to be able to capture he special day and another mile stone in her chapter.
As some might know that being apart of a blended family is not easy and has it challenges, this family has certainty had its fair share of them. What I can say about this family is their determination to make it work.
Christie-Lee and Brendan wanted to make sure their day was captured to reflect a family orientated event. All six siblings were apart of the bridal party and all six children’s played a big part on ensuring that their parents wedding day was just as they wanted. As I have watch these children grow over the years, I was very proud to see how they carried themselves through the day.
Their ceremony and reception took place at the Rocks situated in Yandina on the Sunshine Coast in October 2020. Their ceremony was very late in the afternoon so most of their event was captured late into the evening.
As you can see from their beautiful gallery, this was a very laid back celebration with close family and friends. I think the most moving part was when their second youngest son made a speech that was unannounced. It is always very special to hear the children say a few words especially when it is comes unannounced.
Christie-Lee and Brendan are very private people so I wont elaborate to much about their day, but what I can say is that it was just perfect.
I look forward in capturing many more memories with this family over the coming years.
